· Checkout information
· Other policies or notices displayed through the Services

You must not use the Services:
· For any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or misleading purpose
· In a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
· To infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person

· To reproduce, resell, exploit, or commercially misuse the Services without written permission
· To bypass usage limits, access restrictions, payment requirements, or security measures
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action where necessary to protect Within Oracle, our users, our systems, or third parties.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain Services may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, making a purchase, submitting information, or using an account-based feature.
You are responsible for:
· Keeping your login details confidential
· Maintaining control of the email address connected to your account
· All activity that occurs through your account

You must not share, sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

4. Our Products and Services
Within Oracle may offer a changing selection of products, services, features, and content.
These may include:
· Physical goods
· Made-to-order, limited, handmade, curated, or personalized goods
· Digital downloads and digital content
· Personalized or automated digital reports
· Web app features and account-based tools
· Readings, interpretations, or reflective content
· Memberships and recurring subscriptions
· One-time paid access
· Educational, lifestyle, symbolic, or self-reflection content
· Promotional, complimentary, beta, or limited-access features
· Other products or services introduced from time to time
Our product range may change without requiring these Terms to be rewritten.
The specific description, price, included features, delivery method, estimated timeframe, limitations, renewal conditions, and purchase requirements for an offering will be displayed on the relevant product page, service page, checkout page, account screen, or accompanying policy.
We may add, modify, replace, limit, pause, or discontinue an offering where reasonably necessary.
Where a change materially affects an active paid subscription or an undelivered purchase, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice or an appropriate resolution where required by law.
5. Product-Specific and Supplemental Terms
Certain products or services may be subject to additional conditions displayed through:
· The relevant product or service page
· Checkout
· Your account or app dashboard
· A subscription confirmation
· Our Shipping Policy
· Our Return & Refund Policy
· An order confirmation
· Another clearly identified notice
These additional conditions form part of your agreement with us.
If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and clearly disclosed product-specific terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that particular purchase to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
Nothing displayed on a product page, at checkout, or in another policy excludes any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present our products and services accurately.
However, images, previews, mockups, screen displays, colors, textures, proportions, packaging, placement, finishes, and other visual details may appear differently depending on:
· Your device or display settings
· Production methods
· Materials
· Handmade or natural variations
· Supplier availability
· Updates to packaging or presentation
Minor variations that do not materially affect the nature, quality, or function of a product are not necessarily defects.
All products and services are subject to availability.
We may:
· Limit quantities
· Restrict sales to certain locations
· Decline unusually large or suspicious orders
· Correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability
· Withdraw an unavailable product
· Replace a displayed image or description with more accurate information
If an offering becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, such as a refund, replacement, alternative, or delayed fulfillment, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.
After you place an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgment confirming that we have received your request. This acknowledgment is not necessarily final acceptance of the order.
An order is generally accepted when we:
· Confirm the order for fulfillment
· Begin producing or preparing the product
· Dispatch a physical product
· Deliver or make digital content accessible
· Activate a paid account feature or subscription
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including where:
· A product or service is unavailable
· A price or description contains an obvious error
· Payment cannot be authorized
· Information required to fulfill the order is missing
· We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, resale, or unauthorized activity
· Delivery to the requested location is unavailable
· Fulfilling the order would breach a law, platform rule, or third-party requirement
If we cancel an order after payment and no product or service has been supplied, we will return the relevant amount to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
8. Customer Information and Order Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting an order or personalized request.
This may include:
· Your name
· Email address
· Billing information
· Shipping address
· Product selection
· Size, model, finish, format, or variation
· Subscription option
· Personalization instructions
· Birth information
· Time zone or location information
· Questions, intentions, or personal details
· Any other information required for fulfillment
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production, personalization, digital generation, preparation, dispatch, or account activation has begun.
We may not be responsible for an issue caused solely by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted information, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Prices, Taxes, and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the relevant page or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include:
· Customs duties
· Import taxes
· VAT or local taxes
· Bank fees
· Card fees
· Foreign exchange fees
· Courier handling charges
· Other third-party charges
The final amount payable will be shown at checkout before your purchase is completed, excluding charges imposed separately by third parties or government authorities.
We may change prices at any time.
A price change will not normally affect a completed one-time purchase.
For recurring subscriptions, a price change will apply only to a future billing period after any notice required by applicable law or the applicable subscription terms.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you authorize the relevant provider to charge your selected payment method.
We do not ordinarily store complete payment card details on our own systems.
10. Subscriptions and Memberships
Some Services may be offered through recurring subscriptions or memberships.
The applicable billing frequency, price, included features, renewal date, trial conditions, and cancellation instructions will be displayed before purchase or within the relevant account area.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the stated billing interval until the subscription is cancelled or terminated.
You may cancel a subscription using the cancellation method made available through the Services.
To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.
Unless otherwise stated:
· Cancellation prevents future renewal charges
· Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period
· Cancellation does not automatically refund an already activated billing period
· Refund rights remain available where required by applicable law
If payment fails, we may:
· Retry the payment
· Request an updated payment method
· Restrict paid features
· Suspend access
· Cancel the subscription
We may change, replace, or discontinue subscription features where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
11. Trials, Free Features, and Promotional Access
We may offer free plans, trials, previews, promotional access, gifts, bonus content, or complimentary features.
Unless otherwise stated:
· Promotional access is personal and non-transferable
· Trials may be limited by time, usage, account, or eligibility
· Free features may be changed or discontinued
· A user may be limited to one trial or offer
· Promotional access has no cash value
· Abuse of an offer may result in cancellation or account restriction
If a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the price, billing date, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before the trial begins.
12. Digital Products and Digital Delivery
Digital products and account-based content do not require physical shipping.
Digital delivery may occur through:
· Email
· A download link
· Your account
· An app dashboard
· An online viewer
· Automated generation
· Another electronic delivery method described at purchase
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the relevant account.
Delivery may be considered complete when the digital content, access link, generated result, or account feature has been sent, activated, displayed, or made reasonably accessible.
If you do not receive access within the stated timeframe, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us.
Refund and cancellation conditions for digital products are explained in our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits remedies that may apply where digital content or a digital service is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet a legal guarantee.
13. Digital License and Personal Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products, reports, readings, downloads, wallpapers, account content, and other purchased materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
You must not:
· Resell or redistribute digital content
· Upload purchased files for public download
· Share paid account access with unauthorized users
· Reproduce content for commercial use
· Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
· Use our content to create a competing product or service
· Train, develop, or improve an artificial intelligence model using our protected content without written permission
· Claim our content, designs, reports, or systems as your own
Any broader commercial license must be confirmed by us in writing.
14. Physical Products and Fulfillment
Physical products may be:
· Held in our own inventory
· Handmade or prepared by us
· Made to order
· Personalized
· Produced by a manufacturing partner
· Fulfilled by a logistics or production provider
· Shipped from different locations depending on availability and destination
The fulfillment location may differ from our business location.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages where products are produced or dispatched from different facilities.
Processing times and estimated delivery times will be provided through the relevant product page, Shipping Policy, checkout, or order confirmation.
Processing time and shipping time are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Made-to-Order, Personalized, Handmade, and Limited Products
Certain products may be produced, selected, assembled, customized, generated, or prepared after an order is placed.
These products may include natural, handmade, print, placement, texture, color, or material variations.
Where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law, change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be restricted after preparation or production has begun.
You are responsible for checking any selection, size, model, compatibility, personalization, or submitted information before completing the purchase.
Restrictions relating to a particular product will be stated on the relevant product page or in our Return & Refund Policy.
These restrictions do not apply where a product is faulty, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by a legal right that cannot be excluded.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, fees, processing periods, estimated delivery times, tracking options, and destination restrictions may vary by product and location.
The applicable information will be displayed through the relevant product page, checkout, order confirmation, or Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by:
· Production time
· Customs processing
· Courier or postal delays
· Public holidays
· Peak shopping periods
· Severe weather
· Local delivery conditions
· Address errors
· Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be redirected, resent, or replaced because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, and handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
17. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms presented before purchase.
Unless we voluntarily offer a change-of-mind policy, we are not required to provide a refund solely because a customer:
· Changed their mind
· Found a different product
· No longer wants the purchase
· Selected an incorrect option
· Dislikes an accurately described style, theme, color, interpretation, or symbolic meaning
Different conditions may apply to:
· Digital products
· Activated account access
· Subscriptions
· Personalized products
· Made-to-order products
· Handmade goods
· Limited items
· Standard physical goods
Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a product or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and seriousness of the issue and the requirements of applicable law.
18. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.
Unless required by law, we may be unable to refund:
· Customs duties
· Import taxes
· Bank charges
· Foreign exchange charges
· Third-party processing fees
· Charges paid directly to another provider
We are not responsible for delays caused by a financial institution after we have successfully submitted the refund.
19. Self-Reflection and Lifestyle Disclaimer
Our reflective, symbolic, energetic, spiritual, lifestyle, interpretive, or personal insight content is provided for educational, entertainment, self-reflection, and general lifestyle purposes.
The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and use of the information provided.
20. Automated, Algorithmic, and AI-Assisted Content
Some features, reports, readings, summaries, interpretations, recommendations, images, or other outputs may be generated, personalized, processed, or assisted by automated systems, algorithms, or artificial intelligence providers.
Outputs may depend on:
· The information you submit
· The feature selected
· Available data
· System rules
· Technical limitations
· The version of the system available at the time
Automated content may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or interpretations with which you disagree.
You should review all outputs carefully and exercise your own judgment before relying on them.
Automated content is not a guaranteed prediction, professional opinion, or absolute statement of fact.
21. Personal Information Submitted for Personalized Features
Certain features may require personal information, preferences, questions, intentions, birth details, location information, or other inputs.
You confirm that:
· The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
· You have the right to provide it
· You are not submitting another person’s sensitive information without permission
· You understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the result
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information submitted privately for the purpose of generating or delivering a product or service will not automatically be treated as permission to use that information publicly for advertising or promotional purposes.
22. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Offers
We may offer discount codes, promotions, bundles, gifts, limited releases, referral benefits, loyalty benefits, or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
· Offers are subject to availability
· Offers may have eligibility requirements
· Discount codes may be limited to one use per customer, account, household, or order
· Offers may not be combined
· Offers may expire
· Offers cannot be applied retrospectively
· Offers have no cash value
· Abuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution may result in cancellation
We may withdraw or correct an offer where it contains an obvious error or is being used fraudulently, subject to applicable law.
23. Intellectual Property
All content and materials made available through the Services are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Within Oracle unless otherwise stated.
This may include:
· Brand names
· Logos
· Product names

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
24. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions
You may submit reviews, feedback, comments, questions, images, testimonials, or other content.
You confirm that your submission:
· Is truthful to the best of your knowledge
· Does not infringe another person’s rights
· Is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or misleading
· Does not contain malicious code or unauthorized advertising
· Does not include private information you do not have permission to disclose
Where you knowingly submit content for public display, such as a review or social media contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit for formatting or length, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services.
This license does not apply to private account information or personal details submitted solely to receive a product or service.
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.
25. Third-Party Providers and Services
We may use third-party providers for:
· Website and app hosting

· Payments
· Subscriptions
· Email delivery

We may also provide links to external websites or services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.
We are not responsible for third-party content or independent services that we do not own or control, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible for the product or service supplied to you.
26. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.
27. Service Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to keep the Services reasonably available and functional.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
· Maintenance
· Updates
· Security work
· Provider outages
· Internet failures
· Technical errors
· System changes
· Events outside our reasonable control
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every location.
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a paid product or service, please contact us with relevant details so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
28. Changes to the Services
We may update the Services to improve security, functionality, accuracy, legal compliance, user experience, or business operations.
This may include changes to:
· Features
· Interfaces
· Content
· Product availability
· Technology providers
· Usage limits
· Free access
· Subscription inclusions
· Delivery methods
We will not use this clause to remove a right or benefit already paid for without providing any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
· You have materially breached these Terms

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or harm.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellation remains subject to the applicable billing and cancellation terms.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those rights, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not promise that:
· Every feature will always be available
· All content will be error-free
· Every digital output will meet personal expectations
· The Services will operate without interruption
· A particular result or outcome will occur
· Third-party systems will always remain available
Any voluntary warranty or promise expressly provided on a product page applies in addition to rights available under applicable law.
31. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by:
· Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services
· Incorrect information supplied by you
· Failure to follow care, safety, compatibility, or usage instructions
· Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials
· Independent third-party services outside our reasonable control
· Events outside our reasonable control
· Decisions made in reliance on reflective, symbolic, or lifestyle content contrary to the disclaimers in these Terms
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
This section does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods, deficient services, misleading representations, or other matters protected by applicable law.
32. Responsibility for Breach
You are responsible for losses or reasonable costs directly caused by your deliberate unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This responsibility applies only to the extent that the loss was caused by your conduct and can lawfully be recovered from you.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
· Natural disasters
· Severe weather
· Fire or flood
· War or civil unrest
· Government restrictions
· Customs actions
· Labor disruptions
· Transport interruptions
· Internet or infrastructure failures
· Widespread provider outages
· Public health emergencies
Where an event materially affects an undelivered paid order or active paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with you and provide any resolution required by applicable law.

By using the Services, you agree that we may send transactional and service-related communications electronically.
These may include:

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your available communication preferences.
35. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law, the courts and tribunals of New South Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Within Oracle agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly through written communication.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a consumer protection agency, tribunal, payment dispute process, or other remedy available under applicable law.
36. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
· Our Services
· Our operations
· Technology
· Third-party providers
· Legal or regulatory requirements
· Security practices
· Business structure
The updated version will be posted through the Services with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes generally apply from the date they are posted.
For a purchase already completed, the version in effect at the time of purchase will generally continue to apply to that purchase unless:
· The change is required by law
· The change benefits you
· The parties agree otherwise
· The change relates only to the ongoing use of the Services
Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active subscription or paid service.
37. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
38. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when clearly confirmed in writing.
39. Assignment
You may not transfer your account, subscription, or rights under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a genuine business restructuring, sale, merger, or transfer of the Services, provided that doing so does not reduce any non-excludable rights you have under applicable law.
40. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, product-specific information, checkout disclosures, and any other applicable terms presented through the Services, form the agreement between you and Within Oracle regarding your use of the Services.
They replace any earlier version of the Terms relating to the same subject matter.
